Lead times on custom pieces can be anywhere between 6-8 weeks depending on the size and complexity of the order.
Much larger orders, such as dinner sets or, large quantities of an item, will take longer.
We will discuss expected timelines at the outset of our project.

I am always open to new ideas and requests. However, I do try to ensure whatever I make is in keeping with my current style and aesthetic.
There are two things I don’t currently offer:
Custom glazes - glaze formulation is a lengthy process that would need to undergo rigorous testing before being made available and is therefore not something I am able to do on request.
Surface decoration or customisation such as names - it’s simply something that doesn’t quite fit my style of work and would render duplicates unsaleable.

Commissioned work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit before I start work and the remaining 50% to be paid upon completion and before shipping.
However, I understand that handmade ceramics is an investment and I want to make purchasing as accessible as possible.
Therefore I offer the option of payment plans to help you spread the full cost in a way that suits you financially. These are flexible to your needs and I am happy to discuss this in more detail when we chat about your commission!
