EXPLORE THE GLAZES

In 2023, I replaced the early line up of Charcoal, Oat, Fern and Smoke with two brand new colours; Toffee and Forest. Since then I've been working carefully on expanding to and adding back more colour options; the latest being Flint and White.

Each glaze has been hand mixed from original base recipes I have formulated from scratch through careful chemical analysis, using raw materials and oxides for finishes with richness and depth.

My glazes are entirely unique to the studio and to my work and have taken countless hours of mixing, batch testing and firings to achieve the finishes I'd imagined.

WARM AND TOASTY

TOFFEE

Toffee is a rich, warm caramel glaze that brings intense golden tones that catch the sunlight beautifully. Its honey hued drips pool and break, giving the glaze visual depth and movement.

Toffee works well with natural wood textures and characterful interiors, adding a natural warm, toasty accent to any space.

FOREST

Forest is a rich, jewel toned Teal, inspired by forests of spruce, pine and conifer, or verdant beds of jewel bright seaweed in dazzling blue waters. It has that familiar dappled and variegated surface giving it a more earthy, natural appearance, with a hint of warmth at the edges where it breaks into a subtle bronze hue.

FLINT

Flint is full of depth and movement, featuring layers of soft greys, earthy browns, interspersed with streaks of grey and the occasional specks of black. It breaks into a warm, deep rusty brown on the edges, has a semi matte finish and is beautifully soft to the touch.

Flint works well in light, neutral interiors that need deeper silhouettes or darker, moodier accents.

SOFT AND ELEGANT

COTTON

Cotton is crisp, classic off-white, slightly speckled with warm undertones. It has a subtle texture due to the micro crystal formation that gives it unexpected depth and means it glitters in direct sunlight.

In subtle warmth and texture it marries well with the other glazes, and is the perfect warm, elegant neutral for all interiors.
