When you purchase something from the shop, as part of the buying and selling process, I collect the personal information you provide such as your name, address and email address. When you browse the website, your computer IP address (internet protocol address - a numerical label assigned to your device that details your computer’s location) is automatically received in order to provide information that helps the website to perform seamlessly and provide.
Your payment details for your purchase are processed privately and securely by Stripe when you choose to pay directly by credit or debit card, by PayPal when you opt to pay through your PayPal account or by Apple when you opt to pay with Apple Pay. When you choose to sign up to the newsletter through the opt-in process, you will be sent emails about shop openings, new products and other updates. To unsubscribe at any time, you can use the provided link at the footer of any marketing email sent to you. Alternatively you can request to be removed from the mailing list by contacting me at sophia@sophiamcevoy.com. Newsletters are sent through Mailchimp and you can view their privacy policy here.
You are entitled to access any personal information I store on you. Please contact me using the above email address to request this information and I will aim to respond to your request within 30 days. All personal information collected when you have shopped with me online will be securely stored for a maximum of two years.

By purchasing a product you agree to share your information with your chosen payment processor of Stripe, PayPal or Apple and your personal data will be dealt with according to their own privacy policies; the links to each privacy policy can be found above.

I aim to only provide you with safe links intended to direct you towards third parties that I deem relevant or beneficial for your experience, for example Instagram or Pinterest.
